My district meet went less than perfect. I was projected to get about 11th place, which would've qualified me for state. Unfortunately, my injury from capitol conference slowed me down. I was OK with running while it hurt until I sprained it again going down a hill. After that, people just kept passing me and passing me and there was nothing I could really do about it because my ankle was hurting me so bad. Just my luck. I have a great season until the two most important meets come around, then I get myself injured. So that was my last meet of this year's cross country season. Guess I'll have to wait until track even though I think it sucks. Hopefully I can continue to improve and be even better (and more careful) next season.
